    According to Khayitbay Dustchanov, an official at Uzbekistan s Khorezm Province Healthcare Department, eight Turkmen citizens were registered as undergoing medical treatment recently in Urgench, the provincial capital.     An extraordinary session of the emergency anti-epidemic commission was conducted in the Uzbek city of Urgench, the Health Ministry's press service told Interfax. The chief doctor of the regional state sanitary and epidemic control center, Sadull Masharipov, said no infections of people or pets have been registered in the region, perhaps thanks to preventative measures.
