Coonrad and Rotary members stationed in Quito were on the road and heading towards Riobamba, a city about three hours south of Quito, where many of the chairs were to find new owners ... There are two or three large cities between Cuenca and Quito -- Azogues, Riobamba, and Ambato -- but if you want to make just one stop on the way to Quito, it has to be Ba os, an hour east of Ambato.
