    NEW DELHI: For an excruciating half hour, the intelligence agencies' worst fears of a rogue plane trying to attack a VVIP flight seemed to have come true on Tuesday evening when PM Manmohan Singh's plane was coming in to land at IGI airport from Ranchi.
