The alleged rape of 20-year-old Kercher has been at the core of a murder investigation by Italian authorities in which University of Washington student, Amanda Knox, then living with Kercher in Perugia, Italy, has been implicated since last year. According to a British news reporter on Tuesday, a new, 56-page autopsy report reveals the victim may not have been sexually assaulted and that she died from strangulation and choking on her own blood.
