    Over 30 districts affected by bird flu in Bangladesh  Feb 6, 2008
    In the last 24 hours till Tuesday morning, a total of 25,705 chickens, ducks and pigeons were culled while 6,042 others died of bird flu in three Bangladesh's districts, eastern Narsingdi, western Kushtia district and western Jhenidah district. With the latest culling, a total of 449,593 fowls have so far been destroyed and 68,420 died of avian flu in 58 sub-districts of37 districts since March 2007, bird flu control room sources said Tuesday.     32 students fell unconscious in Bangladesh  Jul 17, 2007
    Three days ago, more than 50 students of a school in Bangladesh's eastern Narsingdi district were affected by the similar disease. Some of them were still undergoing treatment in Dhaka Medical College Hospital. (Xinhuanet, China)
