    GE Energy plans facility near Moscow  Mar 19, 2009
    The facility in Russia s Kaluga region will include an office building and industrial shop for the repair of heavy-duty gas turbine nozzles, transition pieces, combustion liners, power nozzles and rotors; and the repair and overhaul of Jenbacher gas engines.     Three car makers vie for stake in Russia's AvtoVaz  Dec 6, 2007
