    LJUBLJANA - European Union president Slovenia told Croatia on Friday to keep a promise and grant EU members access to a protected fishing zone in the Adriatic Sea or risk a delay in membership talks. Entering into force on Jan. 1, the zone has drawn opposition from the EU, particularly Adriatic neighbours Slovenia and Italy, who said Zagreb had agreed in 2004 to exempt EU states.     LJUBLJANA (Reuters) - Serbia's threat to turn its back on EU membership over Kosovo probably has more to do with electioneering than political reality, incoming EU president Slovenia said on Thursday.
