    The Konica-Minolta Gator Bowl had what game president Rick Catlett called "a spirited debate" during its meeting Monday about whether to invite Florida State or Clemson to play Nebraska in the Jan. 1 game at the Jacksonville Municipal Stadium (1 p.m., CBS).
