According to one scenario, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and family would move into the upscale Rivers development at the former Lighthouse golf course, across from Discovery Park. As part of the deal, the state would swap land it owns near the development to Rivers' owner, the Grupe Co., in exchange for the parcel designated for the mansion. (Sacramento Bee -- Business)
