GRACE COMMUNITY WINS STATE GOLF Apr 26, 2006
The Cougars' Ryan Sirman, who carded a 79 in the opening round, finished under par (70) in the final day of the TAPPS 5A state tournament at High Meadow Ranch Golf Club, recording a 149 two-day score to finish second overall. The Cougars, currently in fifth place after recording a first round 324 at High Meadow Ranch Golf Club, are only six shots behind first place Argyle Liberty Christian, two behind Fort Worth Christian (322) and one back of Plano Prestonwood Christian and Laredo St. Augustine, which are tied for third.
