    Do fans of the Bulls, Jazz and Suns really look past schedule and price when buying airplane tickets, and fall back on sentimental attachments to the United Center (Chicago), Delta Center (Salt Lake) and US Airways Center (Phoenix). Those naming rights must be an enormous source of pride that only insiders can understand - especially the employees who saw their pension plans gutted when US Airways and United declared bankruptcy.
