    Such was the case Saturday for the Tech-Western game at Alumni Coliseum, as Bulldog starting quarterback Micah Mamiya wasn't at 100 percent due to a bout with the flu. The main part of the board, which was once in use at Oregon State in Corvallis, was donated, but McClafferty said he's been surprised at the amount of work that has gone into bringing the project to a "shovel-ready" stage.
