    Tiverton town officials want to overturn a new policy that apparently allows the state Board of Elections to charge municipalities to use its equipment and to charge for each ballot cast. The Rhode Island Board of Elections has informed Tiverton that it will have to pay $350 for each of eight computerized ballot machines it uses and an additional 35 cents for each ballot cast ...
