    We've seen an increase in the number of signs our maintenance crews are having to remove from the right-of-way fence or the right of way itself, said Pat Mosbrucker, area maintenance foreman for the Wyoming Department of Transportation in Thermopolis. Kent Alan Proffit Sr., who is facing eight counts of third-degree sexual assault, is accused of participating in oral sex with Bryce Chavers between June 2002 and June 2004 when Chavers was between 13 and 15 years old.
