    The three new officers will be among up to at least eight that are hoped to graduate from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in Camden or the Black River Training Academy in Pocahontas.     Patrolman Jonathan Schmidt of the Trumann Police Department was one of 49 officers who successfully completed Basic Police Training Course 2007-B at the Black River Technical College Law Enforcement Training Academy in Pocahontas. The thirteen-week, 589-hour course, which began Aug. 20, included instruction in standard police tactics, firearms, legal, educational, technical skills, and practical exercises.
