    Arizona 87 to be fully reopened between Phoenix and Payson  May 17, 2008
    All four lanes of Arizona 87 will be reopened Tuesday south of Payson following repairs to damage caused by a landslide two months ago ... The highway, which is the main route between the Phoenix area and Payson, was shut down March 21 following a landslide that caused sections of the southbound lanes to buckle and shift.
