    PALMER -- A Wasilla man was jailed Sunday, charged with sexually abusing a 3-year-old girl. According to an affidavit Alaska State Trooper investigator Curtis Vik filed in the case against Michael Brandon Knipe, 22, of Wasilla, troopers first received report of the incident at 10:20 a.m. Sunday.     Traffic around the Valley was slow much of Tuesday and Wednesday as snow sporadically fell on Wasilla and Palmer.
