    A Henley man was sentenced to prison Tuesday in federal court in Jefferson City for producing child pornography by secretly videotaping minor girls in his bathroom. According to information from the U.S. Attorney's Office, Jack Len Hilt, 59, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Nanette K. Laughrey to 25 years in federal prison without parole.     Published: Wednesday, October 29, 2008 1:53 PM CDT Jefferson City police reported Wednesday that the director of the Missouri House of Representatives' Appropriations staff was arrested Tuesday night on drug charges. Joseph Roberts, 46, was taken into custody just after 10 p.m. at his residence in the 1500 block of Timber Trail, according to Police Capt. Doug Shoemaker, the department's spokesman.
