Fourth Judicial District Judge Robert L. Dusty Deschamps III said at a scheduled sentencing hearing that he intended to impose a harsher punishment than what was recommended in the plea deal, which called for 15 years in the Montana State Prison, with 11 years suspended.     Over a period of several days, Brad Griswold of Valley Welding lasting in Hamilton has been cleaning up the logs by blasting them with granulated corn cobs. The biodegradable material won't produce any toxic leftovers, according to Greg Berry, owner of the company hired by Jackson Contractor Group of Missoula to prep the logs. (Missoulian, MT)
