During the past few months the Condons have been regular sign wavers at street corners in Dover and Barrington and on Saturday, in Newington. They've made hundreds of organizing phone calls, written letters to the editor, delivered yard signs (William figures he's personally delivered 60 McCain/Palin signs in Barrington alone) and joined other McCain-supporting organizations (William is with Democrats for McCain and Linda is with Women for McCain. The warrants drawn up by Dover police and the Strafford County Attorney's Office allege that Cloves Depiante committed the crime of "interference of custody," which is a Class B felony under the state's kidnapping statute.
