The rest of it is intended to do things like fund the state prison expansion that we're trying to do in Torrington, add money to highways, add money to airports, build water projects, talk about the Wildlife Trust Fund. TORRINGTON -- City Treasurer Lynette Strecker is once again back at her job after the City Council last week asked new Mayor Leroy Schafer rethink his previous announcement about not reappointing Strecker. Illoway said there's not enough coordination among the eight schools -- Casper College, Central Wyoming College in Riverton, Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington, Gillette College, Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Northwest College in Powell, Sheridan College and Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs. Man accused of disrupting JetBlue flight Jan 2, 2007
