According to a warrant for his arrest, Robert Jutras, 44, of last known address 118 Oak St., Southington, was the culprit who walked into the Citgo gas station on New Britain Road just as the clerk was opening the store in September 2005. David Mongillo, 44, of 98 October Lane was arrested after officers responding to neighbors' calls found his girlfriend lying in the road with a severe injury to her leg, police said.
