    PSC extends surcharge to wireless phones  Feb 17, 2009
    The Kentucky Public Service Commission has agreed to extend to wireless phones two surcharges that fund telecommunication services for the nearly 650,000 Kentuckians with hearing loss or speech impediments. On Monday, the PSC agreed to extend the surcharges for the Telecommunications Access Program and the Telecommunication Relay Service to wireless phones. (Louisville Business First, KY)
