Pawlenty) actually want to ignore the MWRRI study that concluded that the current river route would be the most economical and logical route to further develop high-speed rail. The governor and too many short-sighted and deep-pocketed politicians would like to divert the rail line away from the river and into Rochester. (Winona Daily News, MN)
