    UNLV Student Athletes Face Criminal Charges  Apr 3, 2007
    The charges stem from incidents last September and November when a UNLV football player worked at the Abercrombie and Fitch store at Caesars' Forum Shops. Police say that freshman football player helped eleven of his friends walk out of the store with merchandise totaling more than $3,400. (KLAS-TV.com, NV)

    LAS VEGAS - UNLV football wrapped up its second week of spring practice with an early Friday morning session at Rebel Park under sunny skies and pleasant temperatures following two days of chilly weather. The decision to practice during the morning was made by the Rebel Leadership Committee, based on the fact that most of the players did not have class and those who did had them in the afternoon, allowing for a morning practice.
