LUBBOCK, Texas - Joining over 7,000 participants, the Texas Tech Baseball team volunteered at the 2008 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Saturday morning at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. LUBBOCK, Texas - The era in Texas Tech Baseball will officially get underway on Thursday as the Red Raiders hold their first official team practice of the fall semester at Dan Law Field. The first team workout of the season will get underway at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday and the Red Raiders will practice each weekday at that time with the exception of Wednesday's when practice will begin at 4 p.m. Texas Tech's team practices will span a total of 43 days and conclude with the annual Red Series. 2008 Summer Camps Set To Begin May 22, 2008
