    Hall of Fame Induction: Former Terp Eric Hicks was inducted into the Metropolitan Erie Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame earlier this week.     Shover said his team will be honored at a ceremony Wednesday at the state capitol starting at 10:30 a.m. and the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame will recognize the state champions July 10.
