By The Sun Staff Dr. Art Hotchkiss ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. Dr. Art Hotchkiss of Mystic won the men s 70th-year-plus age-group title at the 2007 World Senior Racquetball Championships held on Aug. 28 through Sept. 1 at the New Mexico Sports and Wellness Center. Hotchkiss is a longtime racquetball player at the Westerly-Pawcatuck YMCA. He said he joined within two months of arriving in Westerly in 1966 and started playing racquetball by 1970.
