    Dave Mlnarik, executive director of the Nebraska Sports Council that conducts the program, said 63 percent of adults in Nebraska are considered overweight and this is an attempt to reduce that number and promote healthy living. he idea is for teams of two to 10 people sign up with a goal of either healthy weight loss or to increase exercise levels, Mlnarik said, and encourage changing unhealthy habits by roviding monthly incentives as well as awards at the end of the program.
