I didn't have the hours required to obtain the definitive list, but it would apply to Margaret Osborne and Louise Brough (1948 U.S. Open finalists), Darlene Hard and Maria Bueno (1960 U.S. Open) and Billie Jean King-Rosie Casals (1971 U.S. Open).
