    Led by Brittnee Cooper's team-high 18 kills and a match-high nine blocks, the LSU volleyball team improved its record to 4-1 in five-set matches by defeating South Carolina 21-25, 27-25, 25-17, 21-25, 15-13 on Sunday at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. Five Tulane hitters had double-digit kills, including a season-high 18 by junior right-side hitter Ksenija Vlaskovic, as the Green Wave rallied from a 2-1 deficit to defeat visiting Houston 3-2.
