GAINESVILLE -- Former Palm Bay High and LSU track and football player Xavier Carter was arrested early Sunday morning in Alachua County, his second brush with the law since relocating to the area to train for the Olympics. Carter was arrested after 4 a.m. for allegedly carrying a concealed weapon, which is a third-degree felony. (Florida Today)
