    Governor Brian Schweitzer and park Superintendent Suzanne Lewis said the Royal Teton Ranchs owner, the Church Universal and Triumphant, agreed on Thursday to sell grazing rights under a 30-year lease that would initially allow 25 bison to pass through the property to access federal land outside the park. Despite criticism from both the livestock industry and bison advocates, Lewis characterized the deal as breaking an impasse on one of the National Park Services most divisive wildlife...     The state of Montana is currently negotiating a 30-year lease with the Church Universal and Triumphant, which owns the Royal Teton Ranch next to Yellowstone. The lease would remove the cattle on the ranch and allow some brucellosis-free bison to use the ranch as a corridor to reach U.S. Forest Service land where they can be managed as wildlife.     BOZEMAN - A group of 41 bison was hazed into Yellowstone National Park from nearby Church Universal and Triumphant lands, park officials said. It's really the first significant action we've had'' this winter, park spokesman Al Nash said of Tuesday's hazing. (Missoulian, MT)
