Hal Leonard may get big tax breaks thanks to JOBZ Mar 6, 2007
The Hal Leonard publishing company is in line for some big tax breaks in exchange for supporting the local economy. The Winona City Council on Monday approved an agreement with the company supporting a JOBZ designation, a program that will give Hal Leonard local and state tax exemptions until 2015, provided it creates at least 10 new jobs.
