In the past, raccoons and skunks have been tested positive in Holbrook, according to Ingargiola, but other animals that commonly have rabies are bats, woodchucks, and foxes. They are not highly specialized feeders but rather, blatant opportunists, preying on species as odd and diverse as skunks and snakes. They are indeed an outstanding example of biological design and engineering. (Belleville Intelligencer)

Prior to opening Critter Clips, Taylor had received a rehab license with the Department of Natural Resources for 15 years, working with injured raccoons, owls, possums, skunks and fawns.
