    OAK HARBOR A pair of bald eagles nesting near the site of a repaving project on Highway 20 south of Oak Harbor has caused state officials to postpone work for two months. The work between Eagle Vista and Scenic Heights will resume after July 15 to give the federally protected eagles a wide berth to rear their young, state Department of Transportation officials said.
