    Police say theft ring cracked  Jun 28, 2009
    UPPER MERION - Law enforcement has busted a credit card theft ring that victimized a dozen visitors at Valley Forge National Historical Park during a five month period this year. Between May and October, thieves stole credit cards from vehicles in the park and racked up more than $16,000 in fraudulent purchases at area retail stores, according to an Upper Merion Township Police criminal complaint.
