Final link in trails connecting 3 states planned Nov 2, 2009
The final link of the Marquette Trail will connect western and eastern sections of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore in Porter County and link up with the Calumet Trail in the town of Porter. When it's finished, it will complete nearly 50 miles of trails across the northwest corner of Indiana that link Illinois to Michigan. (Mattoon Journal-Gazette, IL)
