Kenseth's win once again brought comparisons of his career to that of Alan Kulwicki, who was tragically killed in a plane crash in 1993, less than six months after becoming the first Wisconsin native to win what then was called the Winston Cup championship ... Richard Petty didn't always drive for Petty Enterprises Inc. Over the 1984-85 Winston Cup Series seasons, Petty drove a car owned by Mike Curb of Curb Records fame.
