    The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Choral Union will set the stage for the holiday season with Gloria by Francis Poulenc and the ninth of the Chandos Anthems by George Frederic Handel in its fall concert Sunday.     Francis Poulenc breezed onto the program next as popular couple Kevin Fitz-Gerald and his wife, Bernadene Blaha, played dual pianos in Concerto for Two Pianos in D Minor, in a version arranged by Poulenc himself.
