The great Australian bass baritone, Bruce Martin, resigned from the company early this year after a dispute with Hickox about the way his voice was altered in a live recording of the opera, Rusalka. While Martin extended his sympathy to Hickox's family yesterday, he said his death might provide an opportunity to "turn the company round". (The Age)

He is hearing corn production is ranging from 120 - 200 bushels per acre and more acres of corn are in production due to the demand for ethanol. Soybean harvesting is just now beginning.
