Jeff Bridges steals his few scenes as the sleazy executive who turns evil for no reason whatsoever, while Gwyneth Paltrow and Terrence Howard collect their paychecks as Stark's assistant and best friend, respectively. When Department of Defense officials wonder what this stealth missile is soaring over the sky, Downey's Tony Stark has to rely on his friendship with a man on the inside, Jim Rhodes (Terrence Howard).
