In 1970, Lou joined the Cuyahoga County Public Library system, Bay Village, Ohio, branch, where she rose to the rank of administrative assistant. She was responsible for the smooth operation of the entire Bay Village library until her retirement in 1986. (Sierra Vista Herald, AZ)
ACLU to discuss torture, surveillance - Happening May 27, 2008

Al Kay, 87, was councilman in Mayfield Hts. for 28 years Mar 26, 2008
He chaired a bond issue campaign to build the Mayfield branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library and served as president of the Friends of the Mayfield Regional Library. Kay and his wife, Irene, helped found the Mayfield Area Recreation Commission, which provided recreational activities for community residents. (Cleveland.com -- News)
