Legal Assistance by Whatcom Advocates, a local nonprofit organization that provides free legal advice to low-income Whatcom County residents, is playing host to a session called "Street Law -- Talk to a Lawyer Free" from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday at the Bellingham Public Library.
