Hershey Medical Center and PinnacleHealth System (Harrisburg Hospital and Community General) have issued new emergency room guidelines when it comes to handling flu cases. Council begins plans to fill vacant position Sep 8, 2009
Welch, who has held his position since 1994, died Friday at Penn State's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center due to complications following leg bypass surgery, Borough Manager Tom Fountaine said.
