    MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) -- Catholic Medical Center and the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic in Manchester, N.H., are pursuing a formal affiliation to make specialists more available, increase outreach to low-income residents and provide new clinical opportunities for medical students. Officials say having a physician group work with a hospital is a more rational way to provide care. (Concord Monitor)
