Town Manager Greg Zephir reported that vandalism has increased at the picnic area at the park this fall, including damaged benches and picnic tables and towel racks ripped off the walls in the restrooms at the picnic area. Commissioner Bruce Hurley suggested revising the reservation policy to increase the reservation deposit from $25 to $50 with half of the fee refunded if inspection following use shows the area was left clean and undamaged.
