    There are not that many people still setting their thermostats at 66oF during the winter and wearing their "Jimmy Carter" cardigan sweaters around the house ... I know what you're thinking; most of up here in polar bear land will never keep our thermostats low and put up with wearing bulky sweaters all winter long. What this reveal though is that some uses of energy will be deemed much more important than others when it comes to conservation ... We may not lower our thermostats all winter, but...
