    We all took our chairs out onto the black and white tiled veranda and enjoyed the perfectly landscaped acres of garden, exotic plants (blue hydrangea, calla lilies, banana flowers which were like pointed spears- 2 feet long and deep, dark red with tiny green bananas growing at the top of the bloom), birds of paradise, roses, orchids, tropical foliage plants, and on and on.
