Total Wine & More latest entrant in beverage scene Feb 29, 2008 Metro Phoenix is bubbling over with a new trend in retail stores that offer wines, spirits and bar accessories in a near big-box format. While Cost Plus World Market and Trader Joe's have helped put specialty wines into the mainstream with the likes of "Two Buck Chuck," formally known under the Charles Shaw brand, grocers also are offering extensive arrays of wine and spirits to customers.
